Open a ticket by sending an email to Dapper Desk!
To Test The Email Ticketing Feature (Customers Send an email to your support address and the email is turned into a unique ticket within Dapper Desk), do the following;

  1. Send your test email to demo@dapperdesk.com
  2. Now, wait approx. 3 minutes for the email to reach Dapper Desk and to be parsed by the database. Then, Dapper Desk will send you an automated message to your email asking you to verify who you are (to avoid spam). Open that automated email and click on the link that the instructions provide.
  3. Then, click on Admin View above and login to view the tickets. You will see your email has been turned into a unique ticket within Dapper Desk. Dapper Desk looks for new emails once every minute so you may need to wait no longer than 60 seconds after login to view your test email.
  4. While logged in as an admin, you can respond to your email ticket and the response will come back to your email address FROM Dapper Desk.
  5. Your customers may also use the online interface to login and create support tickets. To view the customer login interface, click here.
