Our all new DataSafe SQL data backup system enables the help desk administrator to backup all important SQL data in Dapper Desk. In the event of a disaster such as a crashed server, the Dapper Desk backup files can be used to restore the help desk to its pre-disaster state.

Backups can be done manually, or set to run on an automated cycle. All backup files can be viewed and/or downloaded from an attractive interface called the backup viewer located within Dapper Desk.
