User Groups New Feature |

| Dapper Desk now has a usergroups feature. This is handy for companies with several users. A group is created for the company and each member of the company is then added to the group. A usergroup manager from the company can review all tickets entered by anyone in the company, and they can view statistics for their usergroup. |

Backup System Released |

| We have released our new DataSafe backup system as an add-on module for Dapper Desk. The DataSafe system allows you to backup all important help desk data. Backup files can be kept within Dapper Desk or can be downloaded to your PC. They system can be run manually and can be set to run automated. |
