of our software. Each add-on module adds additional functionality to the
many features already existing within Dapper Desk. You must already have purchased Dapper Desk Base Software in order to use our addon applications. |

PDA Module
Our PDA module is designed to display properly on smaller screens such
as PDA devices and cell-phones. Usage of the PDA module requires that
you have a PDA, cell-phone or other device capable of internet access
via a web browser installed on the device.

Live Help Module
The Live Help Module gives you the additional ability to chat with your
clients and csrs in real time. This real-time chat utility has archived
chat sessions and works fine in most web browsers including latest generation
Internet Explorer and FireFox.

The Asset Tracking Module allows you to track your company assets and
the assets of your customers.

done within the help desk or in stand-alone work. Invoices can be displayed

Our basic support and upgrades package gives you comfort in knowing that we are here to help you should you ever need support for your Dapper Desk installation. The Basic Support & Upgrades package also gives you free upgrades (up to 4 per year) to ensure that you always have the latest copy of Dapper Desk installed. Basic support is available in real time via help desk, email, telephone and live chat on Monday thru Friday, 9am-7pm EST.
Price: $179.00 USD per year (This is included for FREE for 12 months with any new Dapper Desk purchase or lease.)

If your installation is mission critical, we offer an extended support package that delivers real-time support any hour of the day, 24 days per week and on holidays. This is essential if you need assistance in the "off" hours of the day or week.
24/7 Support is available via telephone, help desk, email and live chat in real time every day of the week and on holidays, any hour of the day. That's true 24/7 support!
Price: $249.00 USD per year (This is in addition to the Basic Support & Upgrades Package which must be purchased before you can purchase the 24/7 Support Package)
